To search for an e-mail address at Columbus State University, simply type in any portion of the person's name you're looking for in the Last Name box or the First Name box or both then click on the Begin Search button or press the <Enter> key on your keyboard.

For example, to search for the student "John Doe" you should enter the following:

then click on the Begin Search button. The search results matching any portion of the first name and last name will be displayed below the form. For example, given the above entries, the search results might appear something like this:

Search Results: Found 4 entries matching John Smith

Refining Your Search
If the search produces too many results, an error message will be displayed asking you to refine your search. Simply type in more portions of an individual's name. For example, if you typed in the letter "s" in the Last Name box and clicked on Begin Search, this will probably exceed the maximum displayable e-mail addresses. To refine your search, add more letters to the "s" in the last name or add letters to the first name box.
